Rates for Counseling in Scottsdale, AZ

At BrainBody Wellness Counseling we offer psychotherapy, counseling, and biofeedback in Scottsdale, Arizona and virtually anywhere in Arizona.

Intake Appointment and Pre-screening:  Your initial visit consists of an intake where we ask a wide range of questions and develop a treatment plan unique to you and your goals.

​

  • Intake Fee: $175 - $325 (Depending on Clinician and Service Type)

  • Discounted Intake Fee with LAC Clinician

Follow-up Appointments: 

​

  • Follow-up visit per 53 minute session: $150 - $250 (Depending on Clinician and Service Type)

  • Discounted Follow-up with LAC Clinician

​

ADHD Assessments: Rates vary. Please contact us. 

​

Insurance: We are able to accept some insurance (scroll to bottom). Primarily, we operate as an out-of-network practice in order to provide superior care not compromised due to insurance restrictions. This means, you are in control of your care, and you do not have to have a mental health diagnosis on record with your insurance company. For your convenience, we will provide a form for you to submit for an out-of-network provider service rendered upon request. Payment is still due upfront at the time of your appointment. Please check with your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement rates (for many insurances this may be 30%-70%). Often, this may be a tax-deductible medical expense. We are able to take payments from FHA, HSA, and HRA accounts.

Missed Sessions and Cancellations: Missed appointments or late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged a fee. Missed appointments or late cancellation fees may be waived in the case of an emergency.
